Tickets

Prices are in pounds and include VAT. A ticket is for one person and, when the club turns it on, one active device. Live-only streams end when the match ends. A replay window is measured from kick-off, UK time. Geo rules (UK only, outside the UK, or worldwide) are the club’s. If we cannot tell the country, a restricted stream stays locked.

Passes

A season pass covers included matches whose kick-off falls inside the season window. A monthly pass lasts 30 days from purchase. A match you could watch during the pass stays available for that match’s own replay window after the pass ends. Passes are fan products. Clubs do not pay YIR a subscription to use the platform.

The club’s money

The fan pays the club, through Stripe. Card-processing fees come out of the club’s side, not YIR’s. If YIR produced the stream, YIR’s platform fee on that sale is 0%. If the club or another company produced it, YIR’s fee is the percentage agreed for that club (10% unless YIR has set a different rate), calculated on the VAT-inclusive gross. The club’s net is gross, minus the Stripe fee, minus the YIR fee.

Streams

Kick-off times are Europe/London. Picture quality depends on the production and the viewer’s connection. Refunds, when a stream fails, are made by the club from its Stripe balance. A refund revokes the ticket.
