Privacy
Your Instant Replay (“YIR”) runs the streaming platform. Each football club is the seller of its own tickets. When you buy, the charge is a direct Stripe payment on the club’s connected account. YIR sees the order so it can grant access and take its platform fee, where one applies.
What we store
- Email, name, and the country you pick at checkout, so we can send the ticket and apply geo rules.
- The order: price, VAT extracted from that VAT-inclusive price, production setting, YIR fee, estimated or actual Stripe fee, and the club’s net.
- A session cookie after you sign in, and a device id in this browser when a ticket is locked to one device.
- Two separate choices, both unticked by default: marketing from YIR, and permission to share your name and email with the club.
Who else sees it
The club only receives your name and email if you tick “share with the club”. Stripe holds the card payment on the club’s merchant account and keeps the records the law requires of them. If email delivery is switched on, Resend sends the messages. Video, when live keys are set, is Mux or Cloudflare Stream. We do not sell fan lists.
How long, and your rights
Access lasts for the replay window or the pass you bought. You can ask for a copy or for deletion. Completing a deletion anonymises your account, tickets, and consents on this platform. Order totals stay, without your name, because they are the club’s sales ledger. Stripe’s copy of the payment is the club’s, and YIR cannot delete that.
Contact privacy@yourinstantreplay.com. YIR is the controller for platform accounts. The club is the controller for data you agreed to share with it.
